FAQ - Your Dinner Theatre questions... answered
- How will I receive tickets? Tickets will be available at the door the night of the show. You will receive a confirmation when you purchase your tickets online.
- Are my tickets refundable? Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds, but we will do our best to reschedule your tickets to a different date with a 24-hour notice.
- Is there a dress code? There is no dress code required. Most guests opt for business casual attire.
- Where is the Dinner Theater located? Dinner Theaters are held on our second floor which is accessible by stairs located in our lobby.
- How many guests do you seat at a table? Our tables comfortably seat eight guests.
- What if I want to sit with someone who has already purchased tickets? When purchasing your tickets, leave us a note under “Do you have any special seating requests?”
- What is included with my meal? All meals include a house garden salad, rolls & butter, iced tea, coffee, and dessert.
- Do you accommodate special menu requests? Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions you may have. We will do our best to accommodate allergies or special dietary needs.
- Will we be able to purchase alcohol during the show? Our bar will open at 6:30 pm and will close after intermission. We ask that all open tabs be closed during intermission when the dessert is served.
- How long is the show? The performance is approximately 90 minutes, plus a short intermission.
- What is this show rated? The upcoming performance of Catch Me If You Can is rated PG.
