September Chef's Table: Wine Dinner
An Intimate Culinary Journey
Join us for an unforgettable evening of culinary and wine artistry. Each wine dinner features a 5-course menu, with every dish paired to a specially selected wine. Our Wine Ambassador will guide you through the style, story, and nuances of each wine, while our Executive Chef shares the inspiration behind every course and the concept uniting the meal.
Our Chef's Table is The Alcove's most close-knit dining experience. Guests gather around a large U-shaped communal table facing the front of the room, sharing the evening course by course while our culinary team presents a five-course tasting menu alongside wines hand-selected from Oregon's Willamette Valley.
With limited seats each evening, the Chef's Table is designed around atmosphere and detail — every course is served as crafted, every wine is introduced and poured in sequence, and the night unfolds at the rhythm of the room. Tickets for these dinners historically move quickly, so early reservations are strongly encouraged.
Willamette Valley
Oregon pinot country, course by course.
This September Chef's Table travels through Oregon's Willamette Valley — pairing each course with a distinctive wine from Anne Amie, Ridgecrest, Roserock, Owen Roe, and Argyle.
