Catering Policies for The Alcove Restaurant
All prices quoted are subject to change prior to confirmation of your event. Once confirmation has been received, all prices are locked in. Catering prices quoted are subject to a 19% service fee and 6.5% sales tax. The 19% service fee includes up to 4 hours of service. All events requiring more than 4 hours of service will be charged $15.00/hour per server. Some events may require a delivery, set up and clean up fee.
A complete menu selection must be presented to the Alcove Restaurant as soon as possible, but no later than (14) days prior to your event date. If a menu is not submitted by this time, we reserve the right to select a menu for you. A final guest count must be submitted no later than 3 days prior to your event date. The final count is NOT subject to reduction after this deadline. Full payment is due in full upon the completion of your event. Any cancellations within one week prior to the event date will be charged the full amount of the food and/or beverages originally requested. Any exceptions will be at our discretion.
